Sorry folks but it you’re seeing this post it means we’re doing a little maintenance that simply can’t be done without folks noticing. Should all go well, we’ll have some new and improved functionality with only modest changes in the site’s aesthetics. Most importantly, I hope you find the Shop more navigable.

First, I want to thank everyone who’s offered me feedback on my new website. As I try to remind myself, it is a work in progress. As such, any constructive criticism is always welcome. I’ve already begun implement some of your suggestions.
A few of you have expressed concern with having lost your login credentials. The simple truth is that with my new shop everyone is a new customer. As such, if you haven’t already purchased any embroidery designs or downloaded any of the freebies from my new LaurasSewingStudio.today site, you need to create an account.
I go into more detail on the FAQ page, but it’s pretty simple. When it comes time to checkout, enter your information, email, and a password. You’ll be entering this information on the Checkout page, under Billing Details. If you’re only downloading a freebie, there’s no actual billing taking place but your information still has to be in there (except for credit card information).
If you’ve already bought or downloaded something from the new site, then you’re all ready. Just click the link, Returning customer? Click here to login“, before proceeding. When you reach the bottom of the screen, just click Place Order.
If you have forgotten your password, that’s okay. The shop will send you an email prompting you for a new password, to the email address your provide. However, there’s a catch. Your email address has to be in the system before it can send you the request for a new password. So use the same email address that you used when you set up your account with my shop.
If you asked for a new password and didn’t get an email, then you haven’t yet created an account with my new shop or you didn’t use the email address you used when you set up your account.
What’s more, you only need to fill out most of those fields that one time, except for credit cards, as we don’t keep that information on our system.
I hope you come visit often. With the holidays over, I’ll have new stuff coming out pretty regularly, including a bunch of new freebies. If you’re afraid you might miss something, consider scrolling down to the bottom of the page to sign up for my newsletter, which I use to announce new product and freebie releases.
While things are quiet and you folks are stuffing turkey, basting ham and roasting duck, thought I’d take this time to hang some new drapes and put up some favorite knick knacks. As such, should you swing by and “take a peek in the window”, things might look a bit messy. But don’t worry ’cause everything is under control, so I’m told…
I’ll have some new stuff coming down the pipe, the first of the year and with them, a new look to go with my new website. So, enjoy your holidays and have a merry Christmas.
What a godsend! The addition of these lights is an amazing addition to your machine and sewing pleasure. To experience it is to believe it!
If your machine doesn’t have LED lights under the head or not enough of them, you can easily add them with this kit. I endorse this product because I have it and it has greatly improved my visual acuity while sewing. I can clearly see what is going on on the right side of the needle.
As I have gotten older I found it more and more difficult to see clearly what I was sewing under the head of the machine. My hubby purchased one of these kits for me.
