- Instructions how to sew the designs
While I’ve hung Winter wreaths on my doors and in my home since forever, I thought I’d try my hand at a quilt, as nice addition to my regular holiday decor. What inspired me was that I could make these and share them with friends and family, even if I couldn’t be with them for the holidays.
My Winter Magic Door Banner Quilt is comprised of two separate principle designs for the 8×11 hoop. However, I didn’t stop there. The Swirling Snowflake actually comes in two different sizes, which I further deconstructed so that you have four different Swirling Snowflakes to meet with your particular needs. But that’s not all! The Winter Magic design was expanded into three version of the each. Then, I merged Winter Magic and the Swirling Snowflake into two additional design variations. With nine (9) designs to choose from, you can sew a lot of Winter Magic banner quilts for every household on your Christmas list, with each one being uniquely yours (more precisely, uniquely theirs). Of course, as with all my door banner quilts, you can always customize the message, as you’re sew inspired.

"When people ask for time, it's always for time to say no. Yes has one more letter in it, but it doesn't take half as long to say."

"The conception of people acting against their own best interests should not startle us. We see it occasionally in sleep-walking and in politics, every day."

"Creativity is merely a plus name for regular activity. Any activity becomes creative when the doer cares about doing it right, or better."
